12 Days of Christmas Competition

1. The Promoter The promoter of the 12 Days of Christmas competition (“Competition”) is Slice Mobile (“Slice”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Eligibility 2.1 Open to current active Slice Mobile customers aged 18+ and residing in the UK. 2.2 “Active” means you have an active paid plan at the time of each draw. 2.3 Slice employees are excluded from winning the competition.

3. Competition Dates 3.1 Runs from 8 December 2025 - 19 December 2025 (inclusive). 3.2 One prize draw will take place each day there is a giveaway.

4. How to Enter 4.1 Eligible customers are automatically entered into the daily draw. 4.2 One entry per active Slicer. 4.3 Each customer may win a maximum of one prize across the entire Competition. 4.4 If a customer is randomly selected more than once, Slice will redraw a new winner for that day. 4.5 No additional action is required to enter; however, some days include optional content or activities in the Slice Community and on social channels.

5. Prizes 5.1 Each prize item will be awarded to a separate winner. For example, three winners will each receive one Slice hoodie; no single winner will receive multiple items of the same prize. 5.3 Daily prizes include:

• 2 × Walton & Hersham goalie shirts
• 3 × Slice hoodies
• 5 × one-month free plan credits
• 7 × Slice beanies
• 9 × Zest phone leads
• 11 × gifts of random data amounts via Data Gifting
• 1 × prize of 12 months free on the Bigger Biggie plan Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.

6. Winner Selection & Notification 6.1 Winners are selected at random from eligible entries using an automated draw system. 6.2 Winners will be contacted via the email address linked to their Slice account. 6.3 Winners must respond within 3 days of the email being sent. 6.4 If a winner does not respond within 3 days, Slice will redraw and select a new winner. 6.5 If three consecutive selected winners fail to respond for a prize, that prize will be withdrawn. 6.6 Physical prizes will require the winner to provide a valid UK delivery address.

7. Data & Privacy 7.1 Slice will use your personal data only for the administration of this Competition. 7.2 For full details, see Slice Mobile’s Privacy Policy.

8. General 8.1 Slice reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 8.2 By participating, entrants agree to these T&Cs. 8.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
