Black Friday with Benefits

1. Promotional Period 1.1 The Black Friday with Benefits offer will run from 24th November 2025 to 7th December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). 1.2 Slice Mobile UK Limited (“Slice”) reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility and Participation 2.1 This promotion is open to existing Slice customers (“Referrers”) and new customers (“Referees”) who are UK residents aged 18 or over. 2.2 To participate, the Referrer must share their unique referral code (available within the “Settings” section of the Slice app) with prospective customers. 2.3 The Referee must enter the unique referral code at signup in the Slice app to qualify for the offer. 2.4 The offer applies only to referrals made during the Promotional Period.
3. Rewards 3.1 Any referrals during the Promotional Period mean that both the Referrer and Referee will receive £30 Slice credit each for a successful referral. 3.2 The Referee will receive £30 Slice credit immediately after signup, which will automatically be applied to their first eligible Slice plan or add-on. 3.3 The Referrer will receive £30 Slice credit for each successful referral once the Referee has remained an active Slice customer for two consecutive monthly billing cycles. 3.4 There is no limit to the number of successful referrals a Referrer can make.
4. Definition of a Successful Referral 4.1 A successful referral is defined as a new customer (the Referee) who: Signs up to a Slice plan during the Promotional Period using a valid referral code; and remains an active customer for two consecutive billing months. 4.2 If the Referee cancels their service, fails to pay, or is otherwise inactive before completing two consecutive billing cycles, the referral will not qualify for the reward.
5. Referral Credit 5.1 Slice credit can only be used towards future Slice plans or add-ons. 5.2 Credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 5.3 Credits automatically apply to the Referrer’s or Referee’s next bill. If the bill amount is lower than the available credit, the remaining balance will roll over to future bills. 5.4 Referral credit will expire if the customer exceeds the Grace Period (defined as a 90-day suspension period in which a customer can pause and later reactivate their account). 5.5 Referral credit can be used in conjunction with Slice’s cashback rewards; however, cashback is only earned on the portion of the bill paid by the customer, not on any amount covered by credit.
6. Restrictions 6.1 The Referee may not use any other promotional codes or offers during signup. 6.2 The offer cannot be combined with any other Slice promotion unless explicitly stated. 6.3 Referrers cannot refer themselves or existing Slice customers. Any such referrals will be deemed invalid. 6.4 Any abuse, manipulation, or misuse of the referral programme (including creating fake accounts or self-referrals) will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of credits.
7. End of Promotion 7.1 Once the Black Friday with Benefits promotion concludes, Slice will honour any in-flight referrals made during the Promotional Period. 7.2 For any referrals initiated before the end date but completed afterwards (once the Referee has met the two-month active usage requirement), both the Referrer and Referee will still receive the applicable £30 credit. 7.3 Referrals made outside the Promotional Period will revert to the standard Friends With Benefits referral terms (£15 credit each).
8. General 8.1 Slice reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: Withhold or cancel credits suspected to have been obtained fraudulently or in breach of these terms; Modify or terminate the offer if necessary due to events outside of Slice’s control. 8.2 Slice is not responsible for any technical, network, or system failures preventing participation in the promotion. 8.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 8.4 For any questions or withdrawal requests, please contact help@slicemobile.com.
