DOUBLE THE DATA

1. Double the Data Promotion

1.1 Any customers who join Slice and subscribe to Mini, Middy or Biggie plan between 13th November 2024 and 11th December 2024, will receive ‘double the data’ for life as long as they remain on the selected plan.

1.2 The following plan changes will apply within this promotion:

Mini - data will double from 10Gb to 20Gb. Middy - data will double from 30Gb to 60Gb. Biggie - data will double from 100Gb to 200Gb.

1.3 Existing customers, who joined Slice prior to this promotion, will also receive ‘double the data’ automatically based on the plan that they are on during this promotion period.

1.4 This promotion does not apply to customers who subscribe to the Bigger Biggie plan or are already on the Bigger Biggie plan as this plan already has unlimited data.

1.5 Customers can change their plan within the two week promotion period and once the promotion period ends, the ‘double the data’ promotion will only apply to the plan that customers are on at the end of the promotion period.

1.6 If customers join on a Free Trial during the promotional period and it auto-renews to a paid plan after the ‘double the data’ promotion period has ended, such customers will still receive ‘double the data’ promotion. For example, a customer signs up to a Free Trial on the last day of the promotion period, after seven days they will move onto the plan they have selected and will receive ‘double the data’.

1.7 If customers change the plan after the promotion period ends or auto-renew was disabled at the end of the Free Trial period, they will lose ‘double the data’. If customers terminate the plan and reactivate at a later date they will also lose ‘double the data’. The customer will only benefit from ‘double the data’ as long as they remain as a customer on the selected plan.
