Groups

1. Groups Feature Availability

1.1 The Groups feature is provided on an "as available" basis. 1.2 Slice Mobile reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Groups feature at any time. Users will receive thirty (30) days' written notice before termination of the service.

2. Creating and Maintaining a Group

2.1 A minimum of two (2) active users is required to create an active group and qualify for group discounts. 2.2 Users must maintain active Slice Mobile accounts to remain members of a group.

3. Group Discounts

3.1 Group discounts apply only to eligible users who meet and maintain the minimum membership requirements. 3.2 Slice Mobile reserves the right to modify discount bands, percentages, and applicable plans at any time without prior notice. 3.3 Modified discount structures will apply from the next billing cycle of affected users.

4. Changes to Group Requirements

4.1 Slice Mobile may change the minimum number of users required to maintain an active group, eligibility criteria, and membership requirements. 4.2 Users will be notified of material changes, which will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notification.

5. Service Termination

5.1 If the Groups feature is terminated, all group discounts will remain in effect until thirty (30) days from the date of termination announcement. On day thirty (30), all group discounts will be removed and standard pricing will apply from the next billing cycle.

6. Removal from Group for Breach

6.1 If a user's Slice Mobile account is closed due to breach of any terms and conditions, they will be immediately removed from their group. 6.2 The group discount will be removed effective immediately and will not apply to their next billing cycle.

7. Account Deletion and Group Data

7.1 If a user requests deletion of their Slice Mobile account or their account is terminated, all associated group history and data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

8. Group Membership Changes

8.1 Users may leave a group at any time. Group discounts will be recalculated based on the remaining active group members from the next billing cycle.

8.2 Slice Mobile reserves the right to remove users from groups who fail to maintain active, compliant accounts.

9. No Guarantee of Benefit

9.1 Users acknowledge that participation in the Groups feature and associated discounts are contingent upon continued feature availability and compliance with these terms. Slice Mobile makes no guarantee that the feature will continue indefinitely or that discount levels will remain unchanged.

10. Modification of Terms

10.1 Slice Mobile reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions for the Groups feature at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with reasonable notice.
