Prize Draw terms and conditions

The promoter is Slice Mobile UK Limited, 11 Slingsby Place, London, WC2E 9AB.

1. The Prize Draw

1.1 Any customers who join Slice and subscribe to a paid plan between 3rd September 2024 and 19th November 2024, and remain a customer on any of our paid plans during that period, will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 20th November 2024.

1.2 All prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than midnight on the 19th November 2024. All customers joining Slice after 19th November 2024 will not be entered into the prize draw.

1.3 By joining Slice, the customers are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the process for redeeming any Prize. We reserve the right to amend these conditions at any time.

1.4 If a customer would like to be withdrawn from the prize draw please contact [email protected] before 20th November 2024.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over who are subscribers to the Slice network, except employees, contractors or agents of the Promoter or suppliers of the Promoter or any affiliated companies and members of their immediate families or households.

2.2 In entering the prize draw, the customer confirms that he/she is eligible to do so, to claim the prizes and be identified as the winner of the prize draw. The Promoter may require the customer to provide proof of eligibility to enter the prize draw and take steps to confirm eligibility of any customer.

2.3 The Promoter will not accept, and reserves the right to subsequently reject or withhold any prize otherwise available, any prize draw entries that are: (a) completed by third parties or in bulk; (b) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; (c) incomplete.

2.4 Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

2.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify the customer if his/her conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

3. The Prize

3.1 £30,000 cash to use towards a house deposit which will be transferred into the customers bank account.

3.2 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

4. Draw and Winners

4.1 The Promoter shall select the winner based on random selection on 20th November 2024.

4.2 The winner of the prize draw will be contacted by the Promoter via telephone and email on 20th November 20024.

4.3 The winner will be awarded the prize on 27th November 2024 subject to eligibility checks.

4.4 We reserve the right to re-draw a new winner in the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw or a winner is found in our reasonable opinion to be otherwise ineligible under these terms.

4.5 If the customer objects to any or all of the following entry details being published or made available, they shall notify the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this Prize Draw or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize.

6. Data protection and Publicity

6.1 Personal information will be held by Slice Mobile to facilitate the prize draw and announcement of winners. It will not be processed for any other purpose. Please see Slice Mobile Privacy Policy at https://www.slicemobile.com/privacy-policy for more details.

7. General

7.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude the customer from participating in the prize draw in any form.

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

7.3 Details of the prize winner (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to 11 Slingsby Place, London, WC2E 9AB by 4 January 2025.

7.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7.5 In the event of any dispute, the decision of Slice Mobile UK Ltd is final.
