Slice XC-Xpress

1. The Promoter 1.1 The promoter is Slice Mobile UK Limited, 11 Slingsby Place, London, WC2E 9AB.

2. The Prize Draw 2.1 Any existing customers or customers who join Slice with the promo code FESTIVAL20 between 27th May 2025 and 10th June 2025 will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on the 10th June 2025. 2.2 All prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 9am on 10th June 2025. 2.3 By joining Slice, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the process for redeeming any prize. 2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time. 2.5 If a customer would like to be withdrawn from the prize draw, they must contact help@slicemobile.com before 10th June 2025.

3. Eligibility 3.1 The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over who are subscribers to the Slice network, except: Employees, contractors, or agents of the Promoter. Suppliers of the Promoter or affiliated companies. Immediate family members or household members of any of the above. 3.2 In entering the prize draw, the customer confirms eligibility to enter, claim prizes, and be identified as a winner. 3.3 The Promoter may require proof of eligibility to enter and reserves the right to verify eligibility. 3.4 The Promoter will not accept, and reserves the right to reject or withhold prizes if the prize draw entry is: Completed by third parties or in bulk. Illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with. Incomplete. 3.5 Entries made on behalf of another person will not be accepted. 3.6 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any customer whose conduct is deemed contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

4. The Prize 4.1 The prizes available are 2 x free tickets per person to attend the Slice party bus to Parklife. Each ticket corresponds to a certain time slot + DJ set. 4.2 Prizes are not negotiable or transferable. 4.3 There is one prize entry per person. 4.4 There will be 30 spots per bus, 90 in total. 4.5 To board the bus, customers need to be still on an active Slice plan.

5. Draw and Winners 5.1 The Promoter shall select the winners randomly on 10th June 2025. 5.2 The winners will be contacted by email on 10th June 2025. 5.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new winner. Winners need to confirm attendance within 48 hours from receiving the email before we re-draw. 5.4 If the customer objects to their entry details being published, they must notify the Promoter. However, the Promoter may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from: Entering the prize draw. Acceptance of any prizes.

7. Data Protection and Publicity 7.1 Personal information will be held by Slice Mobile only for: Facilitating the prize draw. Announcing winners. 7.2 Personal data will not be processed for any other purpose. 7.3 Please see the Slice Mobile Privacy Policy at https://www.slicemobile.com/privacy-policy for full details.

8. General 8.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude the customer from participating in the prize draw. 8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where necessary. 8.3 Details of the prize winners (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to 11 Slingsby Place, London, WC2E 9AB by 30th June, 2025. 8.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 8.5 In the event of any dispute, the decision of Slice Mobile UK Ltd is final.
