Zest Friday Bundle Incentive

1. The Promoter 1.1 The promoter is Slice Mobile UK Limited, 11 Slingsby Place, London, WC2E 9AB.

2. The Competition 2.1 Any customers who refer a friend to Slice between 24th November 2025 and 7th December 2025, where that referred friend (the “referee”) signs up for a Free Trial or becomes a paying Slice customer within that period, will be entered into the Black Friday with Benefits Competition. 2.1a For a referral to qualify, the referee must sign up using the customer’s unique referral code. Referrals not linked to the unique code will not be counted. 2.2 The competition winner will be announced on 8th December 2025. 2.3 The customer who has made the highest number of successful referrals (Free Trial or paying customer conversions) during the promotional period will be deemed the winner. 2.4 All entries must be received by the Promoter by 11:59pm on 7th December 2025. Any successful referrals made after this date will not be eligible for the competition. 2.5 By taking part in the Slice referral programme during this period, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2.6 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time. 2.7 Customers wishing to withdraw from the competition can contact help@slicemobile.com before 7th December 2025.

3. Eligibility 3.1 The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over who are subscribers to the Slice network, except: Employees, contractors, or agents of the Promoter. Suppliers of the Promoter or affiliated companies. Immediate family members or household members of any of the above. 3.2 The Promoter may require proof of eligibility to enter and reserves the right to verify eligibility. 3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to reject, withdraw, or disqualify any entries that are:

• Completed by third parties or in bulk.
• Illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with.
• Incomplete. 3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any customer whose conduct is deemed contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

4. The Prize 4.1 The prize for this promotion is The Zest Bundle, which includes:

• Slice Beanie
• Slice Hoodie
• Neon Flaunt Phone Case 4.2 There is one prize bundle available. 4.3 Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. 4.4 The prize will be sent to the winner within 30 days of confirmation.

5. Draw and Winner Selection 5.1 The winner will be determined by the Promoter based on the highest number of successful referrals made during the promotional period. 5.2 The winner will be contacted by email on or around 8th December 2025. 5.3 If the winner cannot be contacted within five working days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 5.4 If the customer objects to their entry details being published, they must notify the Promoter. However, the Promoter may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability 6.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• Any technical issues, system errors, or interruptions preventing entry.
• Any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering the competition or accepting the prize.

7. Data Protection and Publicity 7.1 Personal information will be held by Slice Mobile only for: Facilitating the competition. 8. General 8.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude the customer from participating in the competition. 8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where necessary. 8.3 Details of the prize winner (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to 11 Slingsby Place, London, WC2E 9AB by 25th March 2025. 8.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 8.5 In the event of any dispute, the decision of Slice Mobile UK Ltd is final.
